Justin Robbins is a film composer
He began his musical career as a percussionist in jazz band, marching band, and playing drums in punk bands. He graduated from the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Gilbert, AZ.
He's scored films such as Grand View Blvd, In Bright Axiom, and Ride Slow Take Photos. In between writing music for the screen, he composes for companies that include Adobe, Temp Love and Really Slow Motion.
He writes music under the moniker Tim de Vil. Critics had this to say about his first record, Beating Off the Loneliness:

He also co-hosts the podcast Pretend Record Club, in which he and Shawn Harris (The Matches, St. Ranger) take turns producing one another’s songs, and press them on flexi-discs, complete with original artwork.
Robbins lives in the eastern Montana with his wife and two dogs, and dabbles in watercolor.
